Job summary

A packaging solutions company in Atlanta is seeking an Xpak Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating the XPack machine and ensuring product quality through inspections. Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma, basic computer skills, and the ability to follow safety protocols. Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent.
Ability to communicate in English.
Basic math skills.
Basic computer knowledge, AS400, Word, Excel.
Ability to repeatedly lift up to a maximum of 40 lbs.
Area requires use of hearing protection and eye protection.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the safe, controlled start-up and operation of the XPack equipment.
Inspects and measures completed pieces to verify conformity to customer production standards.
Monitors and adjusts controls to ensure product complies with production standards.
Maintains equipment through completion of assigned preventative maintenance tasks.
Records quality and production metrics via written communication methods.
