Blufox Mobile is hiring Sales Associates to join our retail team in the United States. You will help customers select Xfinity solutions, promote mobile plans, and drive earnings through consultative selling and top-notch service.

This role offers a base pay with uncapped commissions and rewards growth through Blufox Raise, Milestone, and Winners Circle programs. Training is provided, and there are advancement paths into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends is required.

Responsabilités

• Present and sell Xfinity products and services to new and existing customers.
• Build value around product and service packages and identify customer needs.
• Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team to achieve store goals and maintain merchandising standards.

What You'll Do

Retail Sales & Customer Engagement

• As a Sales Associate, you'll help customers find the best Xfinity solutions for their needs while maximizing your earnings through consultative selling and exceptional customer service.

Sales Responsibilities

• Present and sell Xfinity products and services to new and existing customers
• Build value around products and service packages
• Identify customer needs and recommend customized solutions
• Upsell and cross-sell services to maximize customer satisfaction and sales performanceConsistently meet and exceed sales goals
• Execute proven sales closing techniques
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current on industry trends
