Job Summary
Responsible for the promotion and sale of Comcast products and services including video, high-speed Internet, voice, and XFINITY Home. This role focuses on individual sales to single-family units and sales to multiple dwelling units through relationships with property management. Utilizes advanced knowledge of Comcast's products and services as well as sales process experience to maximize sales and work effectively within assigned territories.

Job Description
Signing bonus valued at $3,000 to be paid in two installments. The first $1,500 will be issued after 180 days of employment, and the final $1,500 after one year. Bonus payable only if the employee remains in good standing through each payment date. Only external hires are eligible for this bonus during the offer period.
Salary: $77,193 annually, comprising base + commission.

Core Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate advanced knowledge of Comcast products, promoting and selling offerings to customers door-to-door within assigned territory. Stay informed on features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns for video, high-speed internet, voice, and XFINITY Home.
  • Communicate effectively, develop rapport, evaluate customer needs, and recommend suitable products. Educate customers on Comcast's offerings and competitive advantages, responding to competitive offers with benefits of Comcast.
  • Possess expert selling skills aligned with relevant experience.
  • Create and execute turf management plans independently, utilizing experience-based sales techniques.
  • Show confidence in sales abilities and manage time and organization effectively.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals, generate leads through approved methods, and close sales to achieve installation targets.
  • Proven success in residential canvassing sales, especially B2C.
  • Thorough understanding of video, internet, voice, and XFINITY Home products.
  • Strong communication, organizational, customer service, and technical skills.
  • Meet physical requirements, including walking/door-to-door travel in all weather conditions.
  • Obtain and maintain necessary licenses or credentials for alarm system sales if applicable.
  • Exercise sound judgment and discretion in job matters.
  • Maintain punctuality and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
