Job Summary

Responsible for the promotion and sale of Comcast's suite of products and services, including Xfinity's TV and Streaming, Internet, Voice, Mobile, and Home services. The primary focus is on developing and maintaining lasting relationships with property management, conducive to ongoing sales within multi-dwelling units. Utilizes advanced knowledge of Comcast's products and services, as well as sales process experience, to maximize sales and effectively work assigned turf.

Job Description

Signing bonus valued at $3,000, paid in two installments: $1,500 after 180 days of employment, and $1,500 after one year. Bonus payable only if the employee remains in good standing through each payment date. Only candidates hired externally are eligible for the signing bonus during the offering period.

Salary: $77,193+ (base + commission)

Core Responsibilities
  • Demonstrates advanced knowledge of Comcast products, promoting and selling offerings to customers, including door-to-door sales within assigned territory. Keeps current on features, benefits, pricing, and campaigns for video, internet, voice, and XFINITY Home.
  • Builds rapport with customers, assesses their needs, and makes tailored recommendations. Explains product benefits and pricing models, highlighting competitive advantages.
  • Possesses expert sales skills, operates independently, and manages turf effectively.
  • Confidently executes sales strategies, manages time efficiently, and meets/exceeds sales goals.
  • Has a successful track record in residential canvassing, focusing on B2C sales.
  • Displays thorough understanding of all product offerings and possesses strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Maintains technical proficiency with relevant systems and tools.
  • Meets physical requirements, including door-to-door travel in various weather conditions.
  • Obtains and maintains necessary credentials/licenses for alarm sales if applicable.
  • Exercises independent judgment and maintains punctuality, including working nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Compensation

Base Pay: $33,193.00; Total Target Compensation: $77,193.00 (including commission). Most sales roles are eligible for commissions; non-sales roles may receive bonuses.
