Job summary

Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead large-scale AI transformation programmes across our enterprise infrastructure. You will drive strategy through delivery, coordinating engineering, operations, product, and executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of Technical Program Management or similar leadership experience.
  • Proven track record delivering large, cross-functional technical programmes.

  • Experience delivering enterprise software, automation platforms, or internal tech solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Present programme updates and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
Required Experience
  • 8+ years' experience in Technical Program Management or a similar programme leadership role.
  • Proven experience delivering large, cross‑functional technical programmes involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong background in programme planning, governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Experience delivering enterprise software, automation platforms, or internal technology solutions.
  • Working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning concepts within enterprise environments.
  • Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, system architecture, and data‑driven platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical teams and executive stakeholders.
Desirable Experience
  • Experience leading AI or Machine Learning programmes from concept through production.
  • Product Management or Product Ownership experience.
  • Knowledge of MLOps, data governance, and model lifecycle management.
  • Experience supporting data centre, cloud, or infrastructure operations.
  • Familiarity with large-scale technology deployments, pilot programmes, and phased rollouts.
  • Exposure to capacity planning, forecasting, or operational optimisation.
  • Experience within hyperscale, cloud, or enterprise technology organisations.

Rate: $190 per hour
