Management Performance Associates is seeking a skilled Medical Radiology Technologist (X-Ray Technologist) in Syracuse, NY for a full-time, direct-hire position in outpatient Radiology. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality diagnostic images and compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Medical Radiography or equivalent.
• NYS Radiologic Technologist license/registration or eligibility.
• ARRT certification required.
• Current BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Perform general radiography procedures, including patient positioning and image acquisition.
• Prepare patients and accurately interpret physician orders for imaging exams.
• Operate radiographic equipment and adjust technical factors to obtain diagnostic-quality images.
• Ensure patient safety through proper shielding and radiation protection practices.
• Review images for quality and completeness.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support efficient patient flow.
