Job summary

SimonMed Imaging is seeking a Technologist for our fast-growing outpatient radiology practice. You will perform X-rays, assist in MRI, start IVs and administer contrast, and document patient notes in RIS, while delivering excellent patient care.

Ideal candidates will hold BLS, ARRT, and state licensure, with the ability to work in a dynamic team and maintain safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BLS Certification is required.
• ARRT License is required.
• State License is required.

Responsibilities

• Positions and assists in MRI for the ROCC team.
• Starts IVs and administers contrast.
• Enters all patient notes in RIS.
• Demonstrates competency in job related skills while providing excellent customer service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Perform X-rays
• Positions and assists in MRI for theROCC team
• Starts IV's and administers contrast
• Enters all patient notes in RIS
• Demonstrates competency in the performance of job related skills appropriate to his/her customer populations and departmental services while providing excellent customer service.
• Utilizes and operates equipment and mechanical devices which provide for a functional, effective, and safe environment.
• Adheres to policies, procedures, guidelines relative to departmental operations.
