Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including HIPAA.
• Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patients.
• Perform nursing duties: measuring vital signs, drawing blood, administering injections, and other clinical tasks.
• Monitor and report patient condition changes; ensure safety during procedures.
• Operate X-Ray equipment to produce diagnostic images.
• Explain procedures and ensure patient comfort and safety.
• Maintain imaging equipment and supplies.
• Assist with virtual medicine services.
• Accurately complete and file patient charts daily.
• Adhere to company core values: teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality, friendliness.
• Maintain positive relations with clients and colleagues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements for Centers of Excellence

• Complete preceptor training for onboarding and training new hires.
• Coordinate onboarding and training with Learning and Development.
• Welcome new employees and facilitate their integration.
• Develop and review training plans and schedules.
• Submit weekly trainee evaluations and final assessments.

Experience & Education

• At least 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist, preferably in a clinic or urgent care setting.
• For Indiana residents: State License and ARRT certification required.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

Licenses & Compliance
