Qualifications

Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patients.
  • Perform nursing duties: measuring vital signs, drawing blood, administering injections, and other clinical tasks.
  • Monitor and report patient condition changes.
  • Operate X-Ray equipment to produce diagnostic images.
  • Explain procedures and ensure patient safety and comfort.
  • Maintain imaging equipment and supplies.
  • Assist patients via Virtual Medicine Providers.
  • Accurately complete and process patient charts daily.
  • Adhere to company core values: teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality of care, friendliness.
  • Maintain positive relations with clients and staff.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Additional Requirements for Centers of Excellence
  • Complete preceptor training for onboarding new hires.
  • Engage with Learning and Development for onboarding and training.
  • Welcome new employees, conduct tours, and overview clinic processes.
  • Establish and review training plans and schedules.
  • Submit weekly training evaluations and final proficiency assessments.
Experience and Education
  • Minimum 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist, preferably in a clinic or Urgent Care setting.
  • Indiana residents: Must hold a State License and ARRT License.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. License: Limited Scope or Full Scope X-Ray Technologist License, ARRT certification.
