Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA.
• Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake.
• Perform nursing duties: measuring vital signs, drawing blood, injections, clinical tasks.
• Monitor patients, document changes, and take necessary actions.
• Operate X-Ray equipment for diagnostic imaging.
• Explain procedures, ensure patient safety and comfort during scans.
• Ensure imaging equipment is functional.
• Maintain supplies and equipment.
• Assist patients with Virtual Medicine Provider.
• Accurately complete and forward patient charts daily.
• Adhere to the company's core values: teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality care, friendliness.
• Maintain positive relations with clients and colleagues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements for Centers of Excellence

• Complete preceptor training for onboarding and training new hires.
• Engage with Learning and Development for onboarding and training.
• Welcome new employees, conduct facility tours, and overview clinic processes.
• Establish and review training plans and schedules.
• Submit weekly evaluations and final proficiency assessments.

Experience & Education

• At least 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist, preferably in a clinic or Urgent Care setting.
• For Indiana residents: a State License and ARRT License are required.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. License: Full Scope X-Ray Technologist License.
