Job summary

Toms River Surgery Center is seeking a part-time X-Ray Technologist Float to perform radiographic procedures and assist in surgical settings under physician supervision. The role involves floating to other centers as needed and maintaining professional interactions with staff and physicians.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited Radiological Technology program, AART registration, CPR certification, and knowledge of relevant regulations.

X-Ray Technologist Float at Toms River Surgery Center

The X-Ray Technician will perform multiple procedures under the direction of specialized physicians, including operation of special imaging and radiology equipment. Skilled at sterile field assistance during operating room procedures. Maintains a professional relationship with physicians and staff.

This position will float to other centers when needed.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited program in Radiological Technology
• AART Registered and CPR needed
• Knowledgeable of local, state, federal, and AAAHC Regulations
• Must possess independent decision making skills.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and non-verbally in a professional way

Pay Range:

$41.00/hr - $46.00/hr (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.)
