Job summary

James Street Surgical Center is seeking a full-time Radiology Technologist for an ambulatory surgery center environment. The technologist will perform radiographic procedures as ordered by physicians, ensuring high-quality imaging and patient safety within a fast-paced ASC setting.

The role requires ARRT licensure, state license if required, and current BLS/ACLS where applicable, with at least one year of experience and strong communication with patients and the care team.

Qualifications

  • ARRT licensure/certification required.
  • State Department of Health license if required by state.
  • BLS and ACLS certification if required by center/hospital.
  • Minimum of 1 year of radiology experience.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and health care team.

Responsibilities

  • Performs basic to complex diagnostic radiographic procedures as requested by licensed physician in an ASC.
  • Ensures patient safety, accuracy of imaging, and proper operation of radiographic equipment.
  • Maintains compliance with regulatory and center policies.

Radiology Technologist at James Street Surgical Center

The Radiology Technologist performs basic to complex diagnostic radiographic procedures as requested by a licensed physician in an Ambulatory Surgery Center.

Qualifications
  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) licensure/certification
  • State Department of Health License if required by the state
  • BLS and ACLS if required by the center/hospital
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience
  • Able to communicate effectively with patients, families, and other members of the health care team
Pay Range

$43.00/hr - $46.63/hr (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.)

Work Schedule

5/8, 4/10 or 3/12
