Job summary

Envision Imaging is seeking a Full-Time X-ray technologist in Texas. You will perform diagnostic X-Ray procedures, adjust equipment, position patients, and assist physicians with procedures including contrast media usage. Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

The role requires ARRT certification, R registry, CPR, and state licensure if applicable. Strong patient education, teamwork, and precise image capture are essential to ensure radiologist interpretation is accurate.

Qualifications

• Two plus years’ experience in X-Ray preferred.
• Ability to educate patients on procedures being performed.
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, team player.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer screens and browsers quickly and accurately.
• Ability to excel in a very fast-paced team environment.
• Strong communication skills & professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Interfaces with patient to ascertain medical history and provide instructions for best image quality.
• Reviews patient charts for missing information and assesses implants or allergies.
• Obtains prior films and performs high quality scans for radiologist interpretation.
• Acts during exam to ensure patient care before, during, and after the procedure.
• Transfers images to other locations as needed.
• Coordinates scan protocols with Radiologist.
