Job summary

Baptist Health Urgent Care in North Little Rock, AR is seeking experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs. You will operate imaging equipment, position patients, and assist with radiology procedures under physician supervision. A current AR license and BLS are required; ARRT certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• ARRT Radiology certification or AR state X-ray license required/licensure in Arkansas.
• BLS certification is required; AR state license must be maintained.
• Experience as Medical Assistant preferred; strong patient interaction skills.
• Familiarity with radiology procedures, safety and shielding practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage patient flow in the x-ray and exam areas.
• Operate diagnostic radiology equipment and position patients for imaging.
• Develop films when applicable and maintain clean, ready-to-use rooms.
• Document patient information and procedures in the medical record.
• Assist providers during radiology procedures and ensure safety protocols.
• Perform quality control and report equipment issues to management.
