Essential Functions

• Demonstrate competency in job-related skills appropriate to your patient populations and departmental services.
• Assist in positioning patients for MRI and/or CT exams after appropriate training.
• Utilize venipuncture skills to assist CT and MRI technologists as needed.
• Follow standard concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Use experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Assist remote technologists with a variety of tasks.
• Support other staff and the site in daily operations.
• Position and assist in MRI for the ROCC team.
• Screen patients.
• Start IVs and administer contrast.
• Enter all patient notes into RIS.

Minimum Qualifications

• BLS Certification
• ARRT License
• State License
• Experience starting IVs and/or venipuncture

Physical Demands

This position may require lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, sitting for prolonged periods, and frequent standing and walking.

Dress Attire

Business casual or scrubs depending on the department.
