Job summary

Somerset Ambulatory Surgical Center is seeking a part-time X-Ray Technologist in Somerville, Alabama. The X-Ray Technician will perform imaging procedures under physician guidance, operate radiology equipment, and assist with sterile field during surgeries.

The role requires ARRT registration and CPR, with knowledge of regulatory standards. Benefits include medical/dental/vision insurance, PTO, 401k, holidays, and other voluntary programs.

Qualifications

• Must possess independent decision making skills.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and non-verbally in a professional way
• Graduate of an accredited program in Radiological Technology
• ARRT Registered and CPR needed
• Knowledgeable of local, state, federal, and AAAHC Regulations

X-Ray Technologist at Somerset Ambulatory Surgical Center

The X-Ray Technician will perform multiple procedures under the direction of specialized physicians, including operation of special imaging and radiology equipment. Skilled at sterile field assistance during operating room procedures. Maintains a professional relationship with physicians and staff.

Qualifications:

• Must possess independent decision making skills.
• Must be able to communicate verbally and non-verbally in a professional way
• Graduate of an accredited program in Radiological Technology
• ARRT Registered and CPR needed
• Knowledgeable of local, state, federal, and AAAHC Regulations

Pay Range:

$37.00/hr - $40.00/hr (Wages are determined based upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, an individual’s qualifications and experience.)
