Job summary

American Health Imaging is seeking a registered X-Ray Technologist to float between the West Cobb and Marietta offices in a full-time capacity, supporting Radiologists with arthrogram injections and ensuring patient comfort and safety throughout exams.

The role requires ARRT radiography certification, CPR certification, and a strong customer-service mindset. The candidate will work Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm, with duties including patient transport and exam table assistance.

Qualifications

• ARRT - Radiography Certification is required.
• Excellent Customer Service Skills are required.
• Positive attitude is essential.
• Current CPR Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Float between West Cobb and Marietta offices to cover radiology needs.
• Assist on-site Radiologist with arthrogram injections.
• Provide patient-oriented care and help patients on/off exam tables.
• Maintain safety and radiation protection practices during procedures.

Physical Demands of the Position

- Position requires standing and walking 80-90% of designated shift. Position requires lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, stooping and twisting.

Working Conditions:

• Potential for exposure to blood and body fluids
• Contact with coworkers, patients and their family members, physicians, referring physicians and their office staff
