Job summary

ExecuSource, Inc. is partnering with a multi-location orthopedic group in the south Denver metro area to hire an experienced Radiologic Technologist on a contract basis with the potential to convert to a permanent role.

The position is full-time in Highlands Ranch, CO, with a schedule Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, no weekends or on-call. You will perform diagnostic radiographic exams, ensure image quality with minimal radiation exposure, and maintain compliance with ALARA, HIPAA, and

Qualifications

• Required ARRT certification in Radiography.
• Active state licensure, if applicable.
• 1-2 years of orthopedic or outpatient radiology experience preferred.
• Solid knowledge of anatomy, positioning, and imaging protocols.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, HIPAA, and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic radiographic exams using established protocols.
• Position patients and set exposure factors to produce quality images with low radiation.
• Review images for quality, positioning, and completeness; repeat exams when needed.
• Explain procedures to patients and support them before, during, and after imaging.
• Document exams and communicate results to providers.
• Assist patients with positioning, transfers, and mobility while protecting privacy and dignity.
• Follow ALARA, radiation safety, infection control, HIPAA standards.
• Operate imaging equipment and report maintenance issues.
• Keep exam rooms stocked and ready.
• Cross-train with teammates to support coverage.
• Travel between practice locations as needed.
• Complete required compliance, safety, and continuing education training.

About the Opportunity

ExecuSource is partnering with a well-established, multi-location orthopedic group in the south Denver metro area to hire an experienced Radiologic Technologist on a contract basis. You'll join a collaborative imaging team that works closely with physicians and clinical staff to deliver excellent musculoskeletal care.

Schedule

Monday-Friday, 8:00a-4:30p, no weekends or call

What You'll Do

• Independently perform diagnostic radiographic exams using sound technique and established protocols
• Position patients accurately and set appropriate exposure factors to produce high-quality images with minimal radiation dose
• Review images for quality, positioning, and completeness, and repeat exams when needed
• Explain procedures to patients and support them before, during, and after imaging
• Complete exam documentation and communicate results to providers and care teams
• Assist patients with positioning, transfers, and mobility while protecting their privacy, dignity, and comfort
• Follow ALARA, radiation safety, infection control, and HIPAA standards
• Operate imaging equipment safely and promptly report any performance or maintenance issues
• Keep exam rooms and supplies stocked and ready
• Cross-train with teammates to support department coverage
• Travel between practice locations when needed
• Complete required compliance, safety, and continuing education training

What You'll Bring

• Current ARRT certification in Radiography (required)
• Active state licensure, if applicable
