Responsibilities

1. Maintain compliance with Federal and State regulations, including HIPAA and health information management issues.
2. Prepare exam and treatment rooms for patient intake.
3. Perform nursing duties such as measuring vital signs, drawing blood, administering injections, and other clinical tasks.
4. Observe patients, document changes, report adverse reactions, and take necessary actions.
5. Operate or oversee X-Ray equipment to produce diagnostic images.
6. Explain procedures and ensure patient safety and comfort during scans.
7. Ensure imaging equipment is operational.
8. Maintain supplies and equipment for treatment.
9. Assist patients with Virtual Medicine Providers.
10. Ensure accurate and timely completion of patient charts.
11. Adhere to the company's core values: teamwork, communication, empowerment, quality care, and friendliness.
12. Maintain positive relations with clients and colleagues, fostering a positive work environment.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Additional Requirements for Centers of Excellence

1. Complete all required preceptor training for onboarding and training new hires.
2. Engage with Learning and Development for onboarding and training of new employees.
3. Welcome new employees on their first day, including tours and process overview.
4. Establish and review training plans with new hires and Learning and Development.
5. Submit weekly evaluations of trainees and communicate progress or concerns.
6. Complete final evaluations and submit Proof of Proficiency forms.

Experience and Education Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist, preferably in a clinic or Urgent Care setting.
• For Indiana residents: a State License and ARRT License are required.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.

License: Limited Scope X-Ray Technologist License, ARRT Certification, and Full Scope State License.
