Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with occasional Saturdays

Compensation: Hourly rates from $26.00 to $35.25, based on licensure and experience

Responsibilities

1. Perform radiographic studies according to doctor’s orders
2. Review x-ray reports with providers and ensure they are in patient charts per HIPAA law
3. Send films electronically for radiologist review
4. Provide radiographic studies to providers within scope of license
5. Follow ARRT procedures, including patient shielding
6. Maintain up-to-date x-ray records
7. Send monthly radiation dosimeter reports
8. Log loaned and returned x-ray films
9. Keep the x-ray room clean and organized
10. Assist with front and back-office duties, including taking vitals, vision and hearing checks, pulmonary tests, injections, phlebotomy, EKGs, UA dip, patient check-in/out, medication dispensing, and patient education
11. Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. Certificate or diploma from an accredited Radiology (RT) or Limited Scope X-Ray Technician (LSO) program; ARRT certification if applicable
3. Current First Aid/CPR certification from a recognized provider or completion within 60 days of employment
4. Certification for Federal and Non-Federal Drug Testing and Breath Alcohol Testing, completed within 60 days of employment
5. Ability to communicate via written instructions and complete logs/reports
6. Ability to follow verbal instructions and respond to stimuli
