Job summary

ProActive Work Health Services seeks a dedicated X-Ray Technician to deliver timely diagnostic imaging in an occupational health setting. You will work with physicians and clinical staff to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient imaging and patient flow.

Ideal candidates maintain licensure, have radiography training, and can operate in a protocol-driven clinic focused on workplace health and safety. Full-time position in Chico, CA with competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a radiologic technology program (limited scope / LMRT / NCT)
• Active state licensure as applicable for radiography
• Medical Assistant certification preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for radiological procedures with safety and professionalism.
• Obtain high-quality diagnostic radiographs as ordered by the provider.
• Maintain repeat rate of 2% or less through proper positioning and technique.
• Follow radiation safety standards (ALARA) and clinic protocols.
• Document imaging procedures in the EMR system accurately.
• Assist providers with imaging review and workflow coordination.
