Job summary

Agile Occupational Medicine LLC seeks a Radiology Technician to perform high-quality diagnostic X-ray procedures in our outpatient clinics in California. You will ensure patient safety, maintain imaging equipment, and support workflow while upholding HIPAA standards.

Starting compensation ranges from $40.00-$45.00 hourly, with exact pay based on skills and location. This on-site role emphasizes patient care, safety, and coordination with physicians and staff.

Qualifications

• Current ARRT certification (R) and active CA state licensure.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.
• Strong knowledge of radiographic procedures and radiation safety.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray procedures per physician orders and protocols.
• Verify patient identity, medical history, and explain procedures.
• Position patients to obtain optimal images while minimizing exposure.
• Capture, process, and transmit digital radiographs using PACS.
• Ensure image quality meets standards and adhere to ALARA principles.
• Maintain patient privacy and HIPAA compliance.
• Prepare, clean, and manage imaging rooms and equipment.
• Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate service.
