AlignLife - Chiropractic & Natural Health Center in Ocala, FL is seeking a Radiology Technician or BMO for full‑time, on‑site work across our Buffalo Ridge, Ocala East, and Ocala West offices. You will perform diagnostic imaging and help educate patients on long‑term wellness.

You will maintain imaging equipment, document results, support patient onboarding, and collaborate with clinicians to foster trust and grow the practice.

Qualifications

• Completed accredited Radiology Technician or BMO program.
• Florida licensure/certification as Radiology Technician or BMO.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Experience with diagnostic imaging procedures and imaging equipment.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills with rapport-building ability.
• Growth‑minded, team‑oriented attitude in a fast‑paced setting.
• Interest in contributing to growth of a growing practice.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic imaging procedures (X-rays) and prepare patients with a warm, professional approach.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure imaging equipment is properly maintained and calibrated.
• Serve as a brand ambassador for AlignLife and foster a welcoming environment.
• Support new patient onboarding and educate patients on value of care plans.
• Collaborate with clinical and front‑office teams to convert new patients into active members.
• Suggest ideas to improve patient flow, experience and practice efficiency across three locations.
