Qualifications

• Prior leadership experience is highly preferred.
• BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform intraoperative fluoroscopic imaging during orthopedic procedures and interventional pain procedures.
• Operate C-arm equipment in a fast-paced procedural environment and provide direction, problem-solving, and staff coaching.
• Provide daily leadership and schedule management for radiologic technologists based on surgical volume.

A surgery center located in Portland, OR is currently seeking a Lead X-Ray Technician to join their team full time! Check out the details below:

Title: X-Ray Supervisor

Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire

Setting: Operating Room

Location: Portland, OR

Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 4-10hr shifts

Pay:$48-50/hr based on experience plus full benefits package!

The Lead X-Ray Technician duties to include but not limited to:

• Perform intraoperative fluoroscopic imaging during orthopedic surgical procedures and interventional pain procedures


• Operate C-arm equipment in a fast-paced procedural environment and equally comfortable providing direction, solving problems, coaching staff


• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to radiologic technologists and manage the weekly X Ray department schedule and coordinate staffing needs based on surgical and procedural volume

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program


• Current ARRT certification and applicable Oregon credentials required


• Minimum two years of radiologic technologist experience required (experience with fluoroscopy in an operating room or procedural environment


• Prior leadership experience highly preferred


• BLS required
