Job summary

Favorite Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Lead X-Ray Technician in Portland, OR. This full-time position offers Monday-Friday, 4-10hr shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package.

You will perform intraoperative fluoroscopic imaging during orthopedic surgical procedures and interventional pain procedures, and operate C-arm equipment in a fast-paced procedural environment while coaching staff. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program.
• Current ARRT certification and Oregon credentials required.
• Minimum two years of radiologic technologist experience.
• Leadership experience preferred.

• Provide day-to-day leadership and coordinate the weekly X-Ray department schedule.

Job description

Schedule: Full Time, Monday-Friday, 4-10hr shifts

Pay: $48-50/hr based on experience plus full benefits package!

The Lead X-Ray Technician duties to include but not limited to:

• Perform intraoperative fluoroscopic imaging during orthopedic surgical procedures and interventional pain procedures
• Operate C-arm equipment in a fast-paced procedural environment and equally comfortable providing direction, solving problems, coaching staff
• Provide day-to-day leadership and direction to radiologic technologists and manage the weekly X-Ray department schedule and coordinate staffing needs based on surgical and procedural volume

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of an accredited radiologic technology program
• Current ARRT certification and applicable Oregon credentials required
• Minimum two years of radiologic technologist experience required (experience with fluoroscopy in an operating room or procedural environment)
• Prior leadership experience highly preferred
