Job description

We are seeking an experienced Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Technician to join our healthcare team.

Role Overview

Perform diagnostic x-ray procedures, including patient positioning and body mechanics, utilizing knowledge of anatomy and physiology. Operate imaging equipment, develop films, and prepare examination rooms with necessary supplies. Additionally, perform Medical Assistant duties such as patient intake, vital signs, and assisting with procedures under provider supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and communicate effectively with patients, provide guidance through treatment processes, and handle patient transfers. Ensure patient safety with proper radiation protection and equipment checks. Document all patient interactions accurately and assist front desk staff as needed. Maintain and improve imaging skills, report equipment malfunctions, and uphold clinical and regulatory procedures.
