Job Summary:

We are seeking a Full-Time and/or Part-Time Limited X-Ray Technician and Medical Assistant to join our team! You will perform routine X-Rays and Medical Assisting duties, including administrative and clinical tasks to ensure smooth operation of the medical facility. Responsibilities include preparing for patient visits by taking vitals, entering patient information into EMR/EHR, supporting medical staff, and tracking tests and lab reports to ensure timely delivery and patient communication. You will also manage medical supplies inventory, set up testing equipment, and clean instruments and rooms as needed. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, an interest in learning about the medical environment, and previous office experience.

Responsibilities:

• Perform X-Rays and Medical Assisting duties
• Obtain vital signs and administer injections such as vaccines, flu shots, and TB tests
• Perform blood draws
• Assist in minor surgeries and procedures
• Perform EKGs
• Remove ear wax
• Handle administrative duties, answer phones, and greet patients
• Support clinical tasks and escort patients to exam rooms
• Be flexible to work in both back and front office roles
• Use Electronic Medical Records efficiently
• Prepare for patient visits and assist doctors with basic care
• Track lab results and manage office duties

Qualifications:

• Licensed as a Limited X-Ray Technician and Medical Assistant
• Interpersonal skills for courteous patient and team interactions
• Previous healthcare experience with X-Rays and Medical Assisting
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
