Job summary

Millennium Surgery Center in Greenville, SC seeks a Radiologic Technologist to perform high-quality intraoperative fluoroscopic imaging using C-arm technology for outpatient surgeries across three operating rooms.

The role supports preoperative imaging needs, ensures equipment calibration, and maintains detailed documentation to enhance patient safety and efficiency. Requires ARRT and BLS with 6 months of experience; certificate in radiologic technology preferred.

Qualifications

• Required: Associate’s Degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent.
• A.A.R.T. certification and current BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 6 months radiologic experience (2+ years preferred).
• Experience in a surgical or outpatient setting is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and EMR systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform fluoroscopy (C-arm) procedures during surgeries in accordance with physician requirements and safety standards.
• Assist in preoperative assessment and setup related to imaging needs.
• Ensure all equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
• Maintain accurate logs of all C-arm procedures.
• Monitor and enforce radiation safety protocols for patients and staff.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and the perioperative team to support surgical outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
• Respond to emergency situations with competence and composure.

With six operating rooms, the center delivers high-quality, cost-effective outpatient surgical and procedural care, specializing in ENT, Orthopedics (total joint procedures), Pain Management, and Spine. Owned and operated in partnership with BSMH and Compass Surgical Partners, the center combines advanced technology with compassionate, patient-centered care in a convenient setting.

Role Summary:

The Radiologic Technologist is responsible for performing high-quality intraoperative fluoroscopic imaging using C-arm technology in support of outpatient surgical procedures. This team-oriented role also supports preoperative assessments, ensures equipment calibration, and maintains detailed documentation of all C-arm procedures, contributing to patient safety and surgical efficiency across 3 operating rooms.

Hours:

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:00 PM (hours may vary based on case volume and center needs).
