Job summary

Compass Surgical Partners' Millennium Ambulatory Surgery Center in Greenville, SC is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to support intraoperative imaging and preoperative imaging needs.

This role requires ARRT and BLS, at least 6 months radiologic experience, and collaboration with surgeons and perioperative staff to ensure safety and quality.

Part-time hours are 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with learning opportunities and a patient-centered team environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Applied Science (Radiologic Technology) or equivalent.
• ARRT certification and current BLS certification.
• Minimum of 6 months radiologic experience (2+ years preferred).
• Experience in a surgical or outpatient setting is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and EMR systems.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform C-arm fluoroscopy during surgeries following physician requirements and safety standards.
• Assist in preoperative assessment and setup related to imaging needs.
• Ensure all equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
• Maintain logs of all C-arm procedures.
• Monitor and enforce radiation safety protocols for patients and staff.
• Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and perioperative team to support outcomes.
• Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives.
• Respond to emergency situations with competence and composure.
• Contribute to patient experience with respect, safety, and compassion.
