Job summary

Ascension Saint Thomas Urgent Care in Tullahoma, TN is seeking experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to join our team. The role involves performing x-ray procedures, ensuring patient safety, and assisting with Medical Assistant duties in a fast-paced urgent care setting.

Required are a high school diploma, BLS, and AR State X-Ray License; ARRT Certification preferred. Full-time schedule with rotating 36-40 hour weeks, including some weekends; competitive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Medical Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients promptly in the waiting area and during exams.
• Operate radiology equipment and perform X-ray procedures with proper technique.
• Follow radiation safety and shielding protocols to protect patients and staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records for visits.
• Assist with Medical Assistant duties as needed and coordinate with providers.
