Job summary

CareNow in Goose Creek, SC is seeking a Limited Practice Radiographer for a PRN role. You will perform radiology procedures, ensure patient safety, and deliver high-quality imaging.

Candidates should have an accredited Radiological Sciences program, SC Limited Practice Radiographer license, and be able to obtain BLS and relevant certifications. This position offers flexible shifts and opportunities to support the imaging team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiological Sciences.
• Limited Practice Radiographer license in South Carolina.
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a patient-care setting is beneficial.
• BLS Certification within 30 days of start.
• Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification and Federal Drug Screening Certification within 3 months of employment.
• Office Laboratory Assistant License if required by the state.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiology procedures for patient evaluation and treatment.
• Conduct quality control checks on radiologic equipment.
• Maintain records of in-house lab work, x‑rays, and drug screens.
• Collaborate with Center Manager, Medical Staff, Front Desk Coordinator, and clinic staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Cross-train for front‑desk duties and patient check-in/out.
• Adapt to alternate shifts and float to other locations as needed.
• Assist with general patient care when required.
