Job summary

HUMBLE VASCULAR SURGICAL CENTER INC is seeking an X-Ray Tech to perform fluoroscopic procedures in the operating room and support patient care. You will help patients feel comfortable during the procedure and assist with nursing, lab, and clerical tasks under physician, PA, or NP supervision.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of X-Ray Tech experience and be proficient with C-Arm fluoroscopy in an OR setting, including spine and pain management cases.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of X-Ray Tech experience.
• Experience operating C-Arm Fluoroscopy in an operating room setting, including spine and pain management procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform fluoroscopic procedures for patients of all ages.

General Summary Of Duties Performs fluoroscopic procedures for the treatment of patients of all age groups, utilizing the guidelines of the professional radiology practice standards. Help patients feel comfortable during the entire process. Perform selected nursing, lab, administrative, and clerical duties that assist in the delivery of primary health care and patient care management under the direction of a Physician, PA, or NP. These duties are delegated in relation to the individual's degree of training, in accordance with the objectives and policies of the organization and respective state laws governing such action and activities.
