Duly Health and Care in Naperville, IL is seeking an X-Ray Tech for a full-time radiology role. You will operate radiologic equipment to produce diagnostic X-rays, position patients, and ensure safety protocols in a physician-led team.

Qualifications include an Associate’s degree or equivalent, AART registration or eligibility, CPR certification, and 6 months to 2 years of related experience. The position advertises a base pay range of $29.00–$43.00/hour plus incentives and comprehensive

***Offering a $2500 Sign-on bonus*** X-Ray Tech- Naperville Full-Time, 40 hours per week.

Hours: Varied; Monday-Friday 7:00am-8:00pm; rotating every 5th weekend. Holidays and Travel as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Operates radiologic equipment to produce radiographs (x-rays) of body for diagnostic purposes, as directed by Radiologist, by performing the following duties.
• Positions patient on examining table and adjusts immobilization devices to obtain optimum view of specific areas of body requested by physician.
• Explains procedures to patient to reduce anxieties and obtain patient cooperation.
• Moves x-ray equipment into specified positions and adjusts equipment controls to set exposure factors such as time and distance.
• Practices radiation protection techniques to minimize radiation to patient and staff.
• Obtain patient’s pertinent history.
• Maintains crash cart.
• Maintain and stock inventory.
• Maintain OSHA regulations.
• Performs other projects and duties as related to department objective.
• Must be able to get along with others, to be a team player, to accept constructive criticism from your supervisor and be able to follow work rules.
• Report to lead technologist for work assignments.
• Will assist with film quality control.
• Required to work evening and holidays with responsibility for the operation of the department.
• Assists and relieve manager expediting the patient work flow through the department.

Qualifications:

• Education Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six month to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Must be AART registered or eligible also IDNS licensed.
• CPR certification.
• Years of Experience 6 months 2 years related experience The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of $29.00-$43.00, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity.
• Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives.
• Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
