Victory Medical seeks a dependable X-ray Technician / Medical Assistant to support Radiology and patient care at our Austin and Westlake locations. You will perform diagnostic imaging, document vital signs, and assist clinicians in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

The role balances radiologic duties with MA tasks to maintain efficient patient flow. The ideal candidate has Texas LMRT certification, MA credentials or experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Up-to-date Texas LMRT certification preferred.
• Current radiologic procedures certification/registration required.
• Medical Assistant education, certification, or outpatient experience preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification preferred.
• Experience in primary/urgent/immediate care or fast-paced outpatient setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray examinations within scope and regulatory guidelines.
• Verify patient identity, exam orders, and clinical information prior to imaging.
• Room patients and document vital signs and medical history.
• Assist providers with examinations, procedures, and patient-care activities.
• Document patient-care in EMR and maintain infection-control practices.
• Ensure safety and compliance with clinic policies and radiology standards.
