Job description

Sign-On Bonus: New hires may receive up to $3,500 for signing on.

Work Hours: Monday - Sunday, 8am-8pm. Candidates must have flexibility to work during those hours.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs, collect lab specimens, perform EKGs, and administer IM injections.
• Perform all x-ray/imaging services according to provider orders and update patient charts accordingly.
• Collect patient history and document in EHR appropriately.
• Apply splints, dressings, and bandages.
• Assist with check‑in/check‑out, including auditing charts.
• Maintain records and logs on activities including in‑house lab work, drug screens, and lab work sent to other labs.
• Keep patients and visitors informed of clinic progress.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting (helpful).
• Experience using an EHR system (beneficial).
• High School Diploma or equivalent (required).
• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program or completion of an approved BOTP program (required).
• Licensed Radiological Technologist (RT) or Basic X‑ray Machine Operator (BMXO/BMO) in state of residency (required).
• Current AAMA certification (preferred).
• Current BLS certification, required within 30 days of start.
• Must obtain Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification and Federal Drug Screening Certification within 3 months of employment.
