CareNow urgent care, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Licensed Medical Radiology Technician (LMRT) in Texas. You will perform radiology procedures, assist with in-house lab tests, and support clinic operations to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities include quality control, documentation, and cross-training for front desk duties. Candidates should have a radiology certificate, Texas LMRT license, and be prepared to obtain required certifications within stated timelines.

Qualifications

• Licensed LMRT in Texas
• 1+ year clinical experience beneficial
• BLS certification within 30 days of start
• Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification within 3 months
• Federal Drug Screening Certification within 3 months

Responsibilities

• Perform timely and quality radiology procedures for evaluation and treatment by the attending physician
• Perform quality control checks on radiologic equipment
• Conduct in-house lab tests and processing specimens for reference labs
• Maintain records and logs of radiology and in-house lab activities
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth operations and high patient satisfaction
• Follow occupational procedures and patient preference cards
• Cross-train for front desk duties and assist with check-in/out and records release
• May work alternate shifts or float to other clinic locations
• Assist with general patient care as needed
