MD Now Urgent Care is seeking a Radiology Technologist (RT) to perform radiologic and lab duties, support front desk tasks, and help maintain equipment in a Florida clinic. You will document patient records, handle in-house labs, and ensure timely, high-quality care under provider orders.

The ideal candidate will have ARRT certification and a relevant radiologic services education, with BLS, breath alcohol, and drug screening certifications within 30 days of start.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of Radiologic Services.
• 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting preferred.
• Registered Radiologic Technologist with ARRT certification or BXMO; state licensure may be required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of start.
• Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification within 30 days of start.
• Federal Drug Screening Certification within 30 days of start.
• Within 30 days of employment or promotion, must obtain and maintain state license (if required by the state) for Office Laboratory Assistant.

Responsabilités

• Work with clinic staff to coordinate care and provide high quality services.
• Perform all x-ray views according to provider orders and policy; document patient records; perform in-house lab tests and process specimens for reference labs.
• Support front desk duties: greeting patients, check-in/out, end-of-day close out, lobby interactions, records release.
• Maintain, calibrate and perform controls on lab/x-ray equipment; inspect artifacts; operate equipment per policy.
• Maintain records/logs on in-house lab work, drug screens, x-rays and sent-out lab work; conduct equipment audits.
• Work with Center Manager and Medical Staff to ensure smooth operations and high patient satisfaction.
• Follow all infection control and hand hygiene policies.
• May work alternate shifts or float to other clinic locations.
