Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greeting patients, managing patient flow, assisting with procedures, ensuring safety and quality in radiology exams, and supporting clinical staff.
• Maintain accurate records and uphold regulatory standards.
• Perform diagnostic x-ray procedures, including patient positioning and body mechanics, utilizing knowledge of anatomy and physiology.
• Operate imaging equipment, develop films, and prepare exam rooms with necessary supplies.
• Assist with Medical Assistant duties such as vital signs, patient history, and transfers.
• Communicate effectively with patients, provide guidance, and address emergent situations.
• Ensure proper documentation, follow safety protocols, and maintain equipment functionality.
• Continuously update diagnostic imaging skills with available educational resources and keep licensure current.
