Patient First is seeking a responsible X-ray Supervisor to lead the imaging team and ensure high-quality radiologic procedures. The role involves supervising X-ray techs, maintaining safety standards, and coordinating with physicians to deliver timely patient care.

The position requires ARRT certification or equivalent training, state licensure as applicable, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. A sign-on bonus and student loan assistance are available.

Qualifications

• Must be ARRT registered or graduate of approved Limited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Licensed, if required in the state of employment.
• Ability to hear pages, bells and phone system.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; multitasking under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Supervise all X-ray techs to ensure quality work and compliance.
• Function as administrator and X-ray Tech as directed.
• Ensure X-ray staff meet state specifications and quality standards.
• Process and archive images using DR and PACS; communicate with PACS admin.
• Provide safe imaging practices and radiation safety for patients and staff.
• Maintain quality assurance records and daily logs; supervise center operations.
• Conduct staff training, interviews, and onboarding.
• Interact with physicians with professionalism and timeliness.
