ZEISS in Dublin, CA seeks an X-ray Source Production Line Manager to own the ZXR1 production line, including planning, staffing, and continuous improvement. You will coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and Planning to maintain a safe, capable, and predictable operation.

The role requires a engineering-related degree and 10+ years in manufacturing leadership, with strong SAP and lean manufacturing knowledge.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of manufacturing or operations leadership experience.
• Experience with KPI management, daily operating reviews, and lean manufacturing.
• Working knowledge of ERP-based manufacturing, preferably SAP.

Responsabilidades

• Own production planning, execution, capacity, and delivery for the ZXR1 line.
• Directly manage technicians and lead safety, quality, and cost targets.
• Ensure SAP transactions for work orders, material movements, and inventory.
• Lead KPI reviews, identify root causes, and drive recovery actions.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Planning, and Finance.
