Qualifications

• X-ray screening experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Age 18+ (unarmed) / 21+ (armed) required.
• Driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery partners while carrying out site-specific screening procedures and policies at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen individuals, packages, and belongings using assigned screening equipment and established procedures; report prohibited or suspicious items to appropriate site contacts.
• Control access to restricted operational areas by verifying credentials, maintaining visitor records, and directing authorized individuals to designated locations.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following emergency response procedures and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, entry points, loading areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.

Skills

X-ray screening experience

Customer service experience

Comfortable using a computer or tablet

Loss prevention experience

Access control or badge experience

Age 18+ / 21+ for armed roles

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
