Job summary

Salud Family Health in Longmont, CO is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to operate radiographic equipment and produce high-quality images for diagnostic imaging studies. You will support a team-based care approach and assist patients throughout the imaging process.

Qualifications

• AS degree in Radiologic Technology is required.
• ARRT registration is required.
• BLS certification within the department timeframe is required.

Responsibilities

• Produces diagnostic X-ray images using radiographic equipment for accurate diagnoses.
• Explain procedures to patients and refer to physicians for results.
• Position patients and protect body parts with lead shields as needed.
• Maintain equipment and report malfunctions to supervisor.
• Enter CPT codes for procedures as ordered by providers.
