Job summary

RAYUS Radiology in Carmel, IN is seeking an X-Ray/Fluoro Technologist to join our team. You will deliver diagnostic imaging, perform quality controls, and ensure accurate RIS documentation while collaborating with radiologists and referring physicians across our network.

The role requires ARRT certification, an AMA-approved radiography education, and current CPR. This is a full-time position with weekday hours and opportunities to participate in advanced fluoroscopy procedures.

Qualifications

• ARRT registered technologist in good standing.
• Graduate of an AMA approved radiography program.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Produce diagnostic images in assigned areas with quality control tasks.
• Maintain patient records in Radiology Information System (RIS).
• Operate a Fluoroscopy C-Arm in surgical and outpatient procedures.
• Support department operations and participate in staff meetings.
• Answer department calls and help maintain radiographic protocols.

RAYUS Radiology is looking for a X-Ray/Fluoro Technologist to join our team. As a X-ray/Fluoro Technologist, you willassure that services are provided to patients and referring specialists within professional standards. Maintains positive work relationships with radiologists and other physicians referring to the company.

This is a Full-Time position working Monday- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

(85%) Imaging

• Produces diagnostic images in assigned area
• Performs quality control tasks as assigned
• Promotes and motivates good customer relations with patients, physicians, visitors, and other company personnel
• Maintains an orderly and clean work area to promote good safety habits for patients and co-workers
• Maintains accurate patient records within Radiologic Information System (RIS)
• Works with a Fluoroscopy C-Arm in Surgical and Outpatient procedures

(10%) Department Support

• Participates in staff meetings with employee involvement
• Assists in maintaining an updated radiographic protocol manual
• Answers department phone calls

(5%) Performs other duties as assigned

Required:

• ARRT registered technologist, current and in good standing
• Graduate of the American Medical Association (AMA) approved school of radiography Licensed Radiological Technologist in the appropriate state, if applicable
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification
• Training and experience sufficient to competently perform radiographic procedures independently
