Job summary

Fairfax Radiology Centers in Alexandria, VA, is seeking an X-Ray/DXA Technologist to join our outpatient imaging network. You will perform diagnostic X-rays and DXA scans across multiple centers, delivering high-quality patient care with consistent imaging standards.

This role offers a Monday–Friday schedule (8:30 AM–5:00 PM), no weekends, no holidays, no evenings, and no call, with opportunities to work with supportive teams and gain diverse experience in Northern Virginia.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist or similar role.
• ARRT(R) certification.
• Active Virginia RT license.
• BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray exams and DXA scans with accuracy and professionalism.
• Deliver a high-quality, patient-centered imaging experience.
• Adapt quickly to different teams, workflows, and environments.
• Maintain imaging quality and safety standards across all sites.

Compensation

Based on your qualifications and experience, the compensation range for this position is:

$33.15 - $44.85 per hour

Placement within the range is determined by factors including experience, education, certifications, and internal equity.
