Job summary

Fairfax Radiology Centers in Springfield, VA invites a Mammographer/DXA/X-Ray Technologist to join a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends or on-call duties. You’ll perform diagnostic X-ray, DXA and mammography exams, deliver patient-centered imaging, and adapt to different teams and workflows.

Essential qualifications include ARRT (R), Virginia RT license, BLS, and 1+ year of experience, plus a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience as an X-Ray Technologist/Mammographer/DXA Tech.
• ARRT (R) certification.
• Active Virginia RT license.
• BLS certification.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic X-ray, Mammography exams (screening and diagnostic), and DXA scans with accuracy and professionalism.
• Deliver a high-quality, patient-centered imaging experience.
• Adapt quickly to different teams, workflows, and environments.
• Maintain imaging quality and safety standards across all sites.
• Support clinical teams to ensure efficient patient flow.

Compensation

Based on your qualifications and experience, the compensation range for this position is:

$39.10 - $52.90
