Job Summary

As a Multi-Modality Technologist, you will perform diagnostic imaging procedures across X‑ray and CT modalities, delivering safe, high‑quality exams and compassionate patient care in our emergency department.

Responsibilities

• Explain imaging procedures to patients and assess their comfort and competency.
• Produce high‑quality images for interpretation and for requests of licensed practitioners.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and fellow technologists to ensure accurate results and an exceptional patient experience.
• Maintain compliance with age‑specific imaging criteria and safety protocols.
• Function effectively in a team‑oriented environment with minimal supervision.

Education & Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of radiologic technology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in diagnostic imaging and CT.
• Preferred experience in emergency, pediatric, and orthopedic exams in both modalities.

Certification & Registration

• Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) for Radiography (R) and Computed Tomography (C).
• Registered with the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association (SCRQSA).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – either AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or an equivalent CPR/AED certification from the American Red Cross.

Compensation & Work Schedule

• Hourly Pay Grade: Health‑28
• Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40
