Title: X-Plant Operations Leader-OSW ST43

Employer: Airbus Americas, Inc.

Location: Mobile, AL

Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and monitor the XP-Team production operations.
  2. Develop plans to attract, retain, and develop employees to meet industry requirements.
  3. Assess personnel placement based on needs and employee qualifications.
  4. Ensure strict compliance with Industrial Safety Regulations.
  5. Guide and support employees towards individual responsibility and self-control.
  6. Ensure work package execution complies with costs, schedule, and quality standards.
  7. Identify and resolve manufacturing process problems promptly.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Aeronautical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field, plus 4 years of experience in aerospace rework or MRO environment, or 3 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
  • Experience with manufacturing engineering, assembly processes, production methods in aviation.
  • Familiarity with production management systems (AP, PEA, OMI), Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001), SAP, and aviation manufacturing principles.
  • Up to 5% international travel for training.
