Job summary

You will prospect leads, perform market analyses, present offers, negotiate terms, and guide clients to closing while coordinating with lenders, inspectors, and title companies. Excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Active Wyoming Real Estate License and understanding of state laws.
• Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial real property transactions.
• Proven sales skills including lead generation, negotiation, and closing.
• Excellent customer service with interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Casper and Douglas markets, MLS, and real estate tech tools.
• Ability to work independently under contract, manage a flexible schedule, prioritize multiple clients.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Experience as a real estate agent or related sales role preferred.

Responsibilities
