Encore Boston Harbor in Everett, MA, is seeking an on-site Representative – Wynn Rewards to enroll guests in the Wynn Rewards program and deliver exceptional service. Evening, weekend and holiday availability is required.
The role emphasizes guest engagement, event support, and accurate handling of Red Card accounts while upholding Encore standards and promoting the loyalty program. You will work to maintain high guest satisfaction, support promotional activities, and ensure accurate records.

The Encore Boston Harbor Representative – Wynn Rewardsis responsible for new enrollments in the Wynn Rewards Program through on-property activities, special events, and other customer engagement. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: maintaining all Encore Standards;andensuringexcellentguest andteam memberexperience.

21 years of age or above.
Will be required to obtain and maintain registration or a license issued by the Massachusetts Gaming Commission.
High school degree or equivalent preferred. Hospitality, Casino or Loyalty Program experience preferred.
Minimum 40 words per minute typing skills required.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office preferred
Outstanding organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as excellent attention to detail.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents, such as policy and procedure manuals, maintenance instructions, and other related documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries from other employees or guests. Conversational English required. Ability to write instructions. Ability to effectively present information.
Ability to compute basic mathematical calculations. Ability to decipher various reports and maintain reports upon request.
