RockBridge Search is seeking a Project Manager with wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) construction experience to lead complex infrastructure projects in Raleigh, NC. You will oversee preconstruction through closeout, coordinating owners, engineers, subcontractors, vendors, field teams, and leadership to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires strong organization, proactive communication, and the ability to manage multifaceted plans with tight deadlines.

Competenze

• Experience managing wastewater/WWTP or water infrastructure construction projects.
• Ability to read plans, contracts, track money, and communicate with field teams.
• Strong understanding of project controls, cost management, forecasting, and change management.

Mansioni

• Manage WWTP and heavy civil construction projects from preconstruction through final completion and closeout.
• Develop and monitor budgets, schedules, cost reports, forecasts, and financial projections.
• Review plans, specifications, contracts, scopes of work for potential expensive surprises.
• Coordinate owners, architects, engineers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and internal project personnel.
• Lead project meetings and maintain clear, consistent communication with all stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractor procurement, buyout, scopes, contracts, change orders, and performance.
